General Rate Limiting

In addition to API key quotas, KicksDB implements an internal rate-limiting system based on IP addresses.
With API v3, we’ve increased the general rate limit to 600 requests per minute. Exceeding this limit will result in a 429 Too Many Requests status code.

Proxied Requests Rate Limiting

API v3 introduces Proxied Requests, enabling real-time access to StockX and GOAT APIs. Due to the resource-intensive nature of proxied requests, we enforce a stricter rate limit of 120 requests per minute per API key. If this limit is exceeded, you will also receive a 429 Too Many Requests status code.
